Which Kia Models Have UVO?

Many current Kia vehicles come with the infotainment service called UVO - the service comes as UVO eServices, which is free, or UVO Link, which has four package levels.  These packages come as a subscription that can bill to the user either monthly or annually. The packages are as follows:

Kia Forte

The 2022 Kia Forte comes in seven different trim levels - all of which come with UVO readily available.  No matter which trim you choose for this compact sedan, the Forte GT's UVO technology will keep you safe and connected on the car's newly updated 10.3" infotainment system.

Kia Carnival

The 2022 Kia Carnival reached Kia's lineup this year for the first time ever, replacing Kia's former minivan, the Kia Sedona.  The Carnival has five trims - LX, LXS, EX, SX, and SX Prestige.  Unlike the Kia Forte, however, the Carnival does not contain UVO accessibility in all five of its trims.  UVO accessibility only reached the higher-level trims for the carnival, keeping the luxury for those upper end trims.  All five trims do still come with Apple Carplay and Android Auto on the 8" infotainment display, which ensures the models still feel luxurious to the user.  UVO only reaches the following trim levels for the Kia Carnival:

Kia K5

Kia's mid-size sedan, equipped with a 10.25" screen, offers the perfect opportunity to allow users to utilize UVO to its fullest potential.  It comes equipped with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, and many other convenient features for the large screen.  Kia truly designed the 2022 K5 for drivers, giving them an experience like no other. The K5 has a few different trim levels - the LX, LXS, EX, GL-Line, and GT-Line.  However, similar to the Carnival, UVO only comes equipped on these higher trims:

Kia Rio

Kia's subcompact sedan, the 2022 Kia Rio, is one of the most dependable cars around.  In such a dependable car, it seems only natural that it also comes equipped with UVO availability.  The Kia Rio comes in just two trims - only one of them, the S, comes with the ability to add UVO to the 8" touchscreen.

Kia Seltos

The 2022 Kia Seltos, Kia's compact SUV, also comes with incredible ratings - Kelley Blue Book rated the SUV 4.5 out of 5 overall.  Anyone who drives a Seltos can enjoy incredible Bose sound systems, wireless charging, an upscale interior with excellent cargo space, and a 10.25" touchscreen that sports Apple Carplay, Android Auto, and the UVO availability on all five of the vehicle's trims.  You can control your Kia Seltos right from your phone, no matter which one you choose - lock and unlock the car, change the temperature inside, and even locate the vehicle and get directions straight to it!

Kia Sorento

Next up in size from the Seltos comes the Kia Sorento - Kia's mid-size SUV.  This has become one of the most popular Kia vehicles, and the 2022 model sports 8 separate trims to accommodate the needs of every individual - the LX, S, X-Line S AWD, EX, X-Line EX AWD, SX, SX Prestige, and X-Line SX Prestige AWD. With so many options for the Kia Sorento, not every single trim comes with UVO availability.  Only seven of those trims offer UVO this coming year:

The hybrid version of the Kia Sorento, the Kia Sorento PHEV, also offers UVO availability in both of its trims.  That being said, with the purchase of an eligible 2022 Kia Sorento trim, buyers receive one year of UVO's Ultimate package free!

Kia Soul

The 2022 Kia Soul is Kia's most versatile hatchback available.  Packed full of safety features, a Kia Soul driver never has to worry when behind the wheel of their vehicle.  The Soul has Lane Keeping Assistance, Smart Cruise Control, and so much more.  It's also full of technology - along with wireless charging, it sports a 10.25" touchscreen to present your navigation, Apple Carplay, Android Auto, and UVO available on all six trims for this lovely vehicle!
