The Kia Forte base model, the FE, comes in two different versions. The manual version price starts at $17,890. It features a 6-speed transmission, 31 miles per gallon and a 147 horsepower 2.0-liter engine. The automatic transmission FE comes with all the same features, except it cost $1000 more than the manual and gets up to 35 miles per gallon.
